After graduating from Husson University, Carrie began her insurance career in 1989 with Commercial Union. In 1992, Carrie joined the start-up MEMIC’s Worker’s Compensation Underwriting Department as one of their first underwriters and played a significant role in the company’s growth. In 2001, Carrie made a transition into Quality Assurance at One Beacon Insurance where she oversaw all new agent training within their Commercial Lines Platform. In 2012, Carrie made the switch to Lucantha where she plays an integral role as the leader of the Renewal Team.

Carrie's 35 plus years of experience in Underwriting and Management within P&C, Marine Insurance, Workers Compensation, and Quality Assurance paired with her cheerful demeanor and exceptional leadership abilities, have proven invaluable to the daily operations, management, and retention of the ever-growing, multimillion dollar Renewal Book of Business.
