Debbie entered the marine insurance industry as an Underwriter for Royal Insurance Company where she advanced to Senior Underwriter over the course of 18 years. Over the years, Debbie held many highlevel positions underwriting risks within Luxury Yachts, Commercial Hull/Liability, and General Cargo. After leaving Royal, Debbie moved to ACE USA where she ran their commercial marine book and advanced to Assistant Vice President and Department Manager. After 16 years at ACE, Debbie was the Maritime Managing Director at Travelers Insurance Company. As Managing Director, Debbie led a team of Underwriters and was responsible for the management and servicing of a multimillion-dollar regional book of business.

Debbie’s innate drive, industry experience, and her commitment to consistent quality customer service has helped set record high premium goals month after month making her an integral part of the Lucantha’s new business team. Along with her outstanding work performance, Debbie has been a member of numerous marine insurance organizations over the years and is a fixture in the marine community.
